Delivery

All the items offered for sale on cleverbodies.com are the genuine article and sent from a UK warehouse. If your package is being sent to a UK address, you will not incur any import or customs charges before you get your goodies. All our packages are securely packed and delivered in discreet, durable boxes. All of our delivery methods include a tracking number which is supplied to your email address directly from our UK warehouse after your order is safely dispatched.

We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for nationwide UK coverage and we have selected the following tried-and-tested delivery services for you to choose from:

• Royal Mail Parcels (normally 2-3 day delivery time)
• Royal Mail Next Day (1 working day delivery time)
• Parcelforce Next Day (1 working day delivery time)

Orders placed on this website are normally processed and despatched within one working day, although it can take a little longer at very busy times, especially when popular products are in high demand. Items listed as Out Of Stock will be despatched a short while after we receive stock into our warehouse.

Standard delivery (Royal Mail Parcels) is included in the price of all our products as standard, so if you're not in a hurry you can rest easy knowing your goodies will be on their way to you and you can track progress with your unique tracking number. If you're feeling the urge to have some fun time a little sooner, you can choose a premium delivery method when you checkout – again, you'll receive a notification that your order is on its way and a tracking number for you to track progress.

Due to Royal Mail restrictions, packages over 2kg in weight must be sent via Parcelforce. All our products all have their weights calculated and listed on the 'Additional Information' tab. Your shopping cart will calculate the weight of your order and provide you with an accurate shipping quotation.

Packaging

All our packages are sent securely and with discreet packaging. You can see an example of one of our recent shipments below.

We've fuzzed out the address label on the top photo for security reasons, but our boxes are purpose-made for shipping and use strong fibre tape to ensure your goodies arrive intact. The contents of each order will vary, but in this case the customer ordered 3 pots of face cream. Like every order we ship, the inside of each box is discreetly protected by shredded paper and the inner boxes tastefully presented.
