If your query relates to an order you've placed with us, please try and include as much information about your order as you can; including your order number as this will allow us to pinpoint your details.

All our payment processing is handled by experienced and trusted payment providers – we do not store your credit/debit card information on this website, and each of our payment processors have strict rules which we adhere to which ensures your details are safe and secure.

You can pay for your order using most credit or debit cards, which are processed by HSBC Secure e-Payments or Google Checkout, or you can use your Paypal account. We do not charge you any fees for using any of these services, and we recommend you use the service you are most comfortable with.

We will not use your details for any purpose other than contacting you about your order without your express permission. We will not sign you up for a newsletter. We don't sell, trade or give your details away. In short, we won't let you down.
